The Open GI User Group is an independent organisation for users of the Open GI Core System.
The Open GI User Group has two main functions; to raise issues with the system on behalf of our members and, to provide feedback on the functionality and usability of any new products being developed
The Central Committee has up to 13 members, elected on an annual basis. All elected members are practising users of the Open GI System and give their time on a voluntary basis.
Owning an Open GI System entitles you to join the Open GI User Group – the largest and most successful organisation of its kind in the industry. We represent over half of the user base which gives us an influential voice.
We are an independent User Group, which is important to the integrity of the information we share with each other. We are funded by our members and not by Open GI. This gives us the freedom we need to provide constructive feedback to Open GI and reassures our members that our motives are genuine and not sales related!
In addition to the Central Committee, a feedback panel of around 100 members provide information on a regular basis. All feedback gathered is turned into a results summary and forms a huge part of our quarterly meetings with Open GI.
Our other main role is to provide feedback on product development. Open GI include the Open GI User Group in the initial scope and planning of a new product and our input often means a product is released in a more user friendly format than initially planned by Open GI.
If you are interested in becoming a member and want to enjoy the Group’s benefits and learn from their experiences of using the Open GI System, then contact us by phone, email or via this web-site and we can consider your application immediately.
